Olusola Allen-Taylor Foundation Partners with Oba of Oworonshoki in combating Drug and Substance Abuse

The Olusola Allen-Taylor Foundation, an NGO dedicated to raising awareness about drug and substance abuse, held an impactful event in Oworonshoki on Saturday, November 9, 2024. The initiative aimed to sensitize and educate the community on the dangers of substance abuse and promote healthy living. Over 150 community members, including both children and adults, attended the event, which featured expert facilitators from the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) and the Psychiatric Hospital in Yaba. These organizations provided critical information on the harmful effects of drug abuse and the importance of abstaining from such practices. The event was graced by Olori Maryam Olubukola Saliu, the Queen of the Oba of Oworonshoki, who represented His Royal Majesty Oba Saliu Babatunde Saliu.
