The system which was previously celebrated as an organized transportation solution in our active city has turned into a poor representation of its former self. Passengers endure long delays at bus stops while waiting for nonexistent buses until they must rely on cost-prohibitive services from other transport companies. The decay of unrepaired BRT buses makes the entire BRT investment practice questionable because we do not take care of what we own.
