  In a bid to boost food production in Lagos East Senatorial District, Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, FCA , has facilitated farm inputs, containing fertilisers, seedlings and herbicides, for over three hundred local farmers in the agrarian communities of the district for the planting season. The National Agricultural Land Development Authority (NALDA) provided the farm inputs through the intervention of the Senator. The empowerment is one in the series of agric-focused direct interventions targeted at livestock and crop farmers in majorly agricultural communities of Ikorodu, Epe, and Ibeju-Lekki Local Government Areas, under the Lagos East Senatorial District. During the Inauguration on Saturday, The Project Coordinator, Educator Tijani Musa Oluwatosin, highlighted the motive behind unveiling the second edition of the program. He said: "he decision to initiate this new edition stemmed from the positive feedback received after the first edition, with numerous requests for further sessions to accommodate more beneficiaries". Educator Tijani Musa Oluwatosin emphasized the critical importance of computer skills in today's environment, citing this as a driving force behind the swift commencement of the new edition.
