As we continue the 2nd Dose COVID vaccination exercise in Lagos State, we encourage people who are due for the 2nd dose (6weeks after the 1st jab) to come for their 2nd jab irrespective of the appointment date (This is recommended by National Primary Health Care Development Agency & Development Partners)

1ST DOSE VACCINATION : We are also giving opportunity for people older than 18years that are willing to get their 1st doses commencing from today Monday 21st June, 2021.

TIME: 8.00AM - 3.00PM daily.

VENUE: Designated vaccination posts - Health Centres/PHCs & General Hospitals within the LGAs/LCDAs.

IKOSI-ISHERI LCDA: Community Stakeholders and appointees gets six cars

Merriment and praises fill the atmosphere as the Mayoress of Ikosi-isheri LCDA, Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, handed over 6 car keys to beneficiaries at the council secretariat, on Monday. The Ikosi-isheri League of Imams, CAN (Christian Association of Nigeria), Iyaloja of Ikosi-isheri LCDA, CDC (Community Development Committee), Revenue Chairman, and Ikosi-isheri Media Team, were elated as they got their respective keys from the Mayoress. In her remarks, the Mayoress described the gesture as one of the ways of appreciating community stakeholders and her staff. APC, PDP, YPP BATTLES FOR COUNCILORSHIP POSITIONS IN IKOSI-ISHERI LCDA

As released by the election umpire in Lagos State, the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission, LASIEC, only three (3) political parties will vie for the Councilorship positions in the July 24th Local Government elections in Ikosi-isheri LCDA. The three political parties that will contest for the Councilorship positions are All Progressives Congress (APC), People's Democratic Party (PDP) and Young Progressives Party (YPP). However, only PDP and APC will contest for the Local Government Chairmanship position in Ikosi-isheri LCDA. The election, which will take place across all the seven wards in Ikosi-isheri LCDA will hold on Saturday July 24th, 2021 between the hours of 8am and 3pm.
