In line with the T.H.E.M.E.S.+ agenda of the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Sports, Mr. Damilare Orimoloye, in conjunction with Lagos State Sports commission, flagged off a monthly aerobic program (Keep Fit Lagos) on Saturday.
The event, which took place at Mobolaji Johnson Sports Arena, is a lofty initiative aimed at engaging Lagos youths in sports and recreation.
Various youths and dignitaries who participated in the aerobics appreciated it as one of a kind activity that would help improve the health, fitness and mental well-being of Lagosians.
Some of the dignitaries that graced the event are: Hon Abiodun OREKOYA (State Assembly Chairman Committee on Youth and Social Development), Honourable Mobolaji Ogunlende RAK (Commissioner, Ministry of Youth and Social Development), Hon. Oluwatoyin Gafaar Bolowotan (Director General, Lagos State Sports Commission)
Others are Ogboni Fouad Oki (Chairman, Lagos State Football Association), Dr. Seriki Muritala (APC Lagos State Youth Leader), Dr. Abiodun Abatan (Dean of Student Affairs, Lagos State University, LASU), and Hon. Wahab Olawale Alawiye-King (Chairman, SUBEB).
