  On December 18, 2024, Oworonshoki was filled with gratitude as Noella Foundation in collaboration with Olori Bukola Saliu, brought much-needed relief to 1,000 residents of the community. Senator Tokunbo Abiru Distributes Food Packs to 10,000 Households in Lagos East for Festive Celebrations

In his usual manner, the Senator representing Lagos East Senatorial District, Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, FCA, on Monday reached out to over 10,000 households across the 16 LGAs/LCDAs with food packs, for the end of the year and new year celebrations. Olusola Allen-Taylor Foundation Partners with Oba of Oworonshoki in combating Drug and Substance Abuse

The Olusola Allen-Taylor Foundation, an NGO dedicated to raising awareness about drug and substance abuse, held an impactful event in Oworonshoki on Saturday, November 9, 2024. The initiative aimed to sensitize and educate the community on the dangers of substance abuse and promote healthy living. Over 150 community members, including both children and adults, attended the event, which featured expert facilitators from the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) and the Psychiatric Hospital in Yaba. PRINCE KAZEEM BALOGUN LAUNCHES "WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL INITIATIVE" IN 7 SCHOOLS

  Hon. Prince Kazeem Oluwaseun Balogun, in collaboration with KOB Foundation, has launched a "Welcome Back To School Initiative" in 7 different primary schools in Kosofe. The initiative, a laudable "Back To School" Outreach Program, involved the distribution of bags, uniforms, socks and writing materials to underprivileged pupils in the schools. Hundreds of Pupils across the following schools were beneficiaries: Pastor Adegboyega Primary School, Omos Private International School, Chasec Foundation Nursery & Primary School, Balogate Primary School, Asidiq Primary School, Tolulope Primary School, and Trust Kiddies Primary School. The Founder of KOB, Prince Kazeem Balogun, described the initiative as one of the foundation's initiatives of bridging the literacy gap and ensuring education is available to all. In a commendable act of charity, the K.O.B Foundation has organized a free medical outreach program in Ketu, Lagos, focusing on providing cataract surgeries and free reading glasses to underprivileged individuals.
